We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer Inclusive Learning to join our team at Merton College.
This Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) position offers a unique opportunity to work with learners with learning disabilities/difficulties and contribute to their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences for learners with learning disabilities/difficulties
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support learners' progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and improve outcomes for learners
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working with learners with learning disabilities/difficulties
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
