We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team at Reed. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in managing employee relations casework, improving employee engagement and productivity, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to fairly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations casework and provide support and guidance to management teams.
  • Work proactively with senior stakeholders to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with relevant teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Utilize business analysis reports to make recommendations for business improvements.
  • Interpret Management Information such as headcount, employee satisfaction survey data, diversity information, absence data, and other relevant business-critical data.
  • Coordinate and manage a communications calendar to ensure consistent and organized messaging.
  • Undertake and assist with strategic HR projects, including constructing and maintaining project plans and providing project updates and reports.
  • Maintain HR records and electronic filing systems.
Requirements
  • Generalist HR experience within a fast-moving environment.
  • Sound legislative knowledge.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and goals, with project management experience.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
  • Resilient and results-driven work ethic.
  • Team player with a willingness to take ownership and tackle challenges head-on.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
