We're seeking a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional food experiences for our customers.


Your responsibilities will include assisting with menu preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our high standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

What we're looking for:

  • A passionate and experienced Junior Sous Chef or an ambitious Chef looking to take the next step in their career
  • Strong knife skills, good hygiene practices, and experience working with fresh ingredients
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player with a self-motivated approach to work
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety
