About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet and Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our workshop operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of vehicle technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of vehicle technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the workshop
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and stock management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or as a senior vehicle technician
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
  • Valid UK driving license
