Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our fleet maintenance administration team at the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the fleet team, including managing records, preparing reports, and coordinating tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, including complex records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Educated to GCSE level (including English and Maths) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a busy fleet office environment, preferably with a healthcare organization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
