Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Call Advisor to join our team at Radius Connect 24, a leading provider of personal alarm care and support services in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional assistance to clients via telephone, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
  • Build rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding to establish trust and confidence in the service.
  • Deal with incoming alarm calls and provide a range of outgoing call services, including health and wellbeing calls to support isolated individuals in our communities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Good general level of education, to include GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C), or equivalent qualification, in both English and Maths.
  • IT literacy, as evidenced by substantial practical experience in the use of a range of Microsoft Office software, or other broad range of equivalent office software packages.

Working Hours:

We offer a shift pattern of 2 x 11.5 hours shifts, 8am to 8pm, 3 days rest, 2 x 12 hours shifts, 8pm to 8am.
