Call Advisor - Nights, Connect 24

We are seeking a skilled Call Advisor to join our team at Radius Connect 24, a leading provider of personal alarm care and support services. As a Call Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support in a front-line telephone-based role with a real social purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming alarm calls and provide support to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Make outgoing calls to support clients who may be isolated in our communities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Good general level of education, to include GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C), or equivalent qualification, in both English and Maths
  • Minimum of 6 months' relevant experience providing a front-line customer service
  • IT literacy, as evidenced by substantial practical experience in the use of a range of Microsoft Office software, or other broad range of equivalent office software packages

Working Hours:

We have immediate vacancies for call advisors for night shifts only – working a shift pattern of 2 nights on, followed by 4 rest days. Night shifts from 2000-0800. Night shift hours worked between 8pm and 8am attract an additional 5% pay premium.
