Job Summary:This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) requiring flexible working, including extended hours, evenings, and weekends, to ensure the organization remains responsive and agile.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Wellbeing for Life Service, delivered by Mvdauk and County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, including staff, volunteers, budgets, developments, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Management: Effectively manage the Wellbeing for Life Service, ensuring it meets PCP and commissioner requirements and standards.
- Project Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate existing and new projects in line with Mvdauk's Strategic Plan.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with commissioners, programme partners, and related organizations to drive the service forward.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team to deliver a multi-agency partnership approach to improving health and reducing health inequalities across County Durham.
- Operational Delivery: Strategically manage operational delivery to meet Mvdauk and funders' requirements and standards.
