About the Role:
- Lead and direct teams of engineers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality design solutions for water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, storage, supply, and collection systems.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Water Sector, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery, meeting key milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver integrated design solutions, leveraging expertise and best practices from around the world.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with relevant design standards and codes.
- Grow and develop water engineering capability within the practice, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Water Sector.
- Extensive knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, storage, supply, and collection systems, as well as current UK design standards and working practices.
