Tenant and Community Coordinator

Our client, a leading specialist in commercial property and asset management, is seeking a highly skilled Tenant and Community Coordinator to join their team. This exciting role requires a broad range of skills, including data collation and reporting, networking, and building relationships with retail tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and report data from retail tenants for the management team
  • Network and build relationships with retail tenants
  • Review footfall data and tenant feedback to identify trends
  • Prepare reports for the client
  • Prepare presentations for management meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date sales data
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants
  • Strive to continuously improve tenant relationships
  • Manage tenant complaints specific to marketing
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Maintain a photo library for promotional use and provide social media content to the marketing agency
  • Work with the appointed marketing agency under the direction of the Centre Director
  • Assist in the management of events with support from the Centre Director and Operations Manager
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google packages
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of tenant management and relationship building is an advantage
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Desirable: level of retail experience

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
