About the Role

AWE is seeking a highly skilled Asset Change Manager to join our team. As an Asset Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of asset change requests across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Change Request Delivery
    • Deliver asset change requests with a focus on ensuring the correct balance between delivery and compliant outcomes.
    • Coordinate the planning and execution of asset change requests within the appropriate technical center/portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather expert knowledge and input.
    • Present asset change requests for approval at asset change boards.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with each asset change request.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Provide regular asset change request delivery performance data to technical center/portfolio accountability/visual management board meetings.

    • Accountable to SACM and AOM for the provision of support in delivering technical center/portfolio asset change strategy requirements.
