Job Title: Community Coordinator

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a skilled Community Coordinator to join our team. As a Community Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our field and operations teams to resolve customer issues and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with our colleagues to identify and implement process improvements that enhance our customer service experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
