Join Thames Water as an Asset Integration Specialist

As a key player in the management and enhancement of our Waste Networks, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective integration of assets throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with site, process, regulatory, and statutory standards while implementing necessary modifications for optimal asset operation.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee adherence to environmental regulations in asset design, execution, and evaluation; assess delivery performance and collaborate with contractors to resolve issues and enhance outcomes.
  • Prioritize health and safety in all activities conducted on-site.
  • Facilitate contractor and Operations collaboration during the design phase, advocating for innovation, best practices, and adherence to quality benchmarks; incorporate commissioning considerations into the design, focusing on system integration, operability, and maintainability.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Supervise and participate in all projects to ensure compliance with Thames Water standards.

Working Environment:
Positioned in a hybrid model, you will have flexibility regarding your base location within the Thames Water region.

Work Schedule:
36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
  • HNC or higher in a relevant engineering discipline or substantial experience in a comparable position.
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or SMSTS qualification.
  • Familiarity with the design, construction, and operation of both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
