Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the South East Region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and driving sales growth in the region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Conducting site visits to monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to Sales Executives
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales growth
- Managing sales standards and ensuring that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager who has a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
- Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in the new homes or estate agency sector
- Excellent knowledge of the sales process and sales techniques
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
