Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the South East Region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Conduct site visits to monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to Sales Executives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to sale completion, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in sales leadership. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

- Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the new build or property sector
