Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the South East Region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Conduct site visits to monitor sales performance and address any issues
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the region
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven sales management experience in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
