Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales Executive team in the South East Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in your area.
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales process from initial contact to completion, ensuring that all sales activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Managing and motivating a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Conducting site visits to monitor sales activity and provide feedback to the team
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
- Providing coaching and guidance to Sales Executives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager who has a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
You will also have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Additionally, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
