Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Service Leader to join our team in MSK Outpatients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy or occupational therapy and experience in working with patients with hand trauma and orthopaedic conditions.

The role will involve leading the development of the service, assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programmes, and contributing to the development of the service.

You will also be responsible for supervising less experienced staff and supporting their professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression.
