This rewarding role will involve working with children aged 5-16 who have motor coordination difficulties, adapting environments to ensure their safety, and conducting telephone consultations with parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing occupational therapy services to children with DCD, ASD, ADHD, and co-morbidities, focusing on improving their motor skills and coordination.
  • Assessing and adapting environments to make them safe and accessible for children aged 3-4.
  • Working with children with neurological and genetic conditions, conducting equipment assessments, and providing reviews to support their development.
Requirements:
  • A degree in occupational therapy is essential for this role.
  • Fully enhanced DBS clearance is required for this position.
  • Previous experience of working with children is necessary, with community experience being preferred.
