Key Responsibilities

  • To assess and manage patients with complex orthopaedic hand and plastic surgery conditions, using advanced theoretical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
  • To develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating hand therapy splinting and post-operative wound care techniques.

Requirements

">
  • HOLDERS A BSc (hons) degree in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy or diploma equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • EXPERIENCE In hand therapy, with a focus on complex plastic and orthopaedic hand surgery.

Salary and Benefits

  • Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
