  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hand Therapy Specialist to join our dedicated team, working within the Hand Therapy department at a leading private hospital near Baker Street.

About the Role

">
  • The successful candidate will have a BSc (hons) degree in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy or diploma equivalent and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • We are looking for candidates with experience of working with complex plastic and orthopaedic hand surgery and highly skilled in hand therapy splinting and post-operative wound care.

Responsibilities

  • The Hand Therapy Specialist will be responsible for assessing patients with orthopaedic hand and plastic surgery conditions, using advanced communication and behaviour change skills to facilitate long-term self-management approaches.
  • The role involves managing a complex caseload effectively and efficiently, prioritising clinical needs and utilising time resources wisely.
