About the Role

Frontline Healthcare is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and is seeking a Hand Therapy Specialist to join our physiotherapy department. This is a part-time role, requiring 23 hours of work per week, covering a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist assessment and treatment for patients with hand and wrist conditions. They will also contribute to the marketing and development of our hand therapy service, working closely with local and regional marketing teams, consultants, and GP referrers.

As a Hand Therapy Specialist, you will have the opportunity to engage with our Upper Limb Services Manager for clinical support and peer review. You will also participate in industry leading training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of £**35,000 - £40,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus access to a range of employee benefits, including private pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, and family-friendly policies.

To succeed in this role, you must have advanced training or recognised qualifications in hand therapy, such as BAHT Level I or equivalent. You should also possess strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management, and be proficient in using software and systems.
