About the Role:
We are looking for a senior HCPC-registered Clinical Embryologist with leadership and management skills to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in embryology, quality management, and regulatory compliance, as well as experience in managing laboratory operations and developing new treatments and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical and scientific leadership to the laboratory team.
- Manage laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with HFEA standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement new treatments and protocols, ensuring they are evidence-based and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Contribute to research projects and staff training, ensuring that our team is up-to-date with the latest developments in embryology and fertility treatment.
- Oversee staff training and development, ensuring that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care to our patients.
- Manage the laboratory budget and contribute to strategic planning, ensuring that our resources are used effectively to achieve our goals.
About You:
- HCPC-registered Clinical Embryologist with a strong background in embryology, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
