Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of ISOCLEAN and ISOSKIN offerings. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and increasing market penetration within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, food processing plants, hospitality venues, and public sector organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits and applications of Isoclean Hypochlorous.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position Isoclean Hypochlorous.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably in the beauty & health care sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and report on sales activities and customer interactions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
