About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation®. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the soft drinks category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and retain new business opportunities, working closely with Regional Sales Managers to deliver business plans and maximize sales potential.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of the retail sector and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • A full driving license and ability to travel regularly, visiting customers and attending sales meetings.
