About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team as an Air Conditioning Area Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory, leveraging their exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. EXECUTE A ROBUST SALES PLAN: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets, maintain accurate call history, and collaborate with Branch Managers.
  2. BUILD AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Foster long-term relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring they have access to necessary information.
  3. MULTIPARTNER COLLABORATION: Work closely with Branch Managers and their teams to align sales efforts, drive growth, and meet sales targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • SALES EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • COMPETENCIES: Strong sales ability, proficient computer skills, excellent relationship-building and customer service skills, and self-motivated with autonomy.
  • LOCATION-SPECIFIC SALARY: Estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
