Community Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Support Specialist to join our team in Wolverhampton and Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with participants, developing trust-based relationships, and providing ongoing support to an active caseload.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Justice System or Criminal Psychology, gained through recent graduation or experience. They will also possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills to support individuals in accessing activities and opportunities.
