At Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 5 dietitian to join our community nutrition support team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those requiring home enteral feeding and complex oral nutrition support.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients in your own defined geographical area, providing specialist assessment and intervention, and acting as a resource for junior staff and other health professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dietitian to take on a leadership role within our team, developing and implementing projects to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

£35,745 - £44,541 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of patients with complex nutritional needs
  • Provide specialist assessment and intervention services
  • Act as a resource for junior staff and other health professionals
  • Develop and implement projects to improve patient outcomes and service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Dietitian registered with Health Professions Council
  • Evidence of Continual Professional Development
  • Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
