Location: Birmingham, UK

Working Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm

Estimated Salary: £35-45 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Locum Paediatric Dietitian to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our Nutrition & Dietetics team, you will work closely with children and their families to provide expert nutritional guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Nutritional Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the nutritional needs of paediatric patients.
  2. Dietary Planning: Develop and implement individualized dietary plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
  3. Collaboration: Work seamlessly with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  4. Patient Education: Provide education and support to patients and their families to empower them with knowledge and skills for a healthier lifestyle.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to inform future treatment decisions.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Registered Dietitian with relevant experience in paediatrics.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  3. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with children and a strong understanding of paediatric nutrition principles.
