De Lacy Executive is a well-established business seeking a talented Ruminant Nutrition Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take the first step toward becoming a qualified nutritionist, working closely with an experienced and supportive team.

The successful candidate will be based at the mill, playing a key role in supporting various departments across the business. Responsibilities will include formulating bespoke feeds for clients, assisting with the development of new product lines, ensuring feed quality, and participating in UFAS audits.

This individual will work closely with the sales team, providing technical support, answering queries, and meeting with clients to offer expert advice and guidance as needed. A competitive salary of around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, reflective of experience, will be offered.

About you:

  • A relevant degree, such as Animal Science or similar, is essential.
  • Good understanding of ruminant nutrition is crucial.
  • Formulation experience is highly valued.
  • Good communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Previous work experience in the feed sector is desirable but not required.
