About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Partnerships Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our sports partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our sports portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our sports partners, ensuring excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our sports partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our partnerships and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial role within the sports industry, with a strong understanding of sports marketing and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Full UK driving license and valid passport.
