About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join our team in St Helens, Merseyside as an Assistant HR Professional. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in Human Resources and has excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience of systems for collating data, processing and reporting, as well as a good understanding of HR policies and procedures. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will work alongside our experienced HR Advisors to support the effective and consistent management of HR operations across all of our regions. You will also be responsible for undertaking administration, producing analytical data and system project tasks.

As an Assistant HR Professional, you will be working in a dynamic environment and must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. You will also need to be able to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with tact and empathy.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £26,530 - £29,114 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. In addition to a generous holiday entitlement, you will also receive access to a range of employee benefits, including a pension scheme and life insurance.

Requirements
