About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate - Dispute Resolution to join our team at Headout LI. As a key member of our growth and strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and present financial and analytical models to support key business decisions
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to drive expansion into new markets and categories
  • Engage with senior-level stakeholders and colleagues across every department at Headout
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in strategy consulting and/or strategy experience in high growth startup environment
  • Analytical mindset, able to derive actionable insights and persuade with data
  • Exceptional people and communication skills to build strong relationships with people on all levels of the organization
  • Great problem-solving skills and creativity to identify and evaluate opportunities

  • Demonstrated interest in marketplaces, travel, events and all things experiential
  • Experience navigating diverse market landscapes
