Job Description

A high-profile law firm in London is seeking a Strategic Business Growth Associate to join their team. This role will involve supporting fee earners in developing and implementing business development plans, as well as raising the practice's external profile through various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development Planning: Assist in creating and executing business development plans aligned to the relevant practice/sector, with a focus on pursuing new business leads and opportunities.
  • Marketing Execution: Help develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise the practice's external profile, including product or market-specific initiatives, PR, events, and online presence.
  • Client Relations: Plan and facilitate the execution of business development initiatives, prioritizing client relations and ensuring timely delivery of pitches and submissions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in pitching and creating client documents, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Private Equity and Financial Sponsors, or a willingness to learn.
  • Proactive approach to work, with ownership for delivery and a commitment to excellence.
What We Offer:

As a Strategic Business Growth Associate at Blue Legal, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
