Strategic Growth Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate - Dispute Resolution to join our team at Headout Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy consulting and/or strategy experience in high growth startup environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and presenting financial/analytical models
- Pilot and scale strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share growth
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to drive expansion into new markets and categories
- Engage senior-level stakeholders and colleagues across every department at Headout
- 3+ years experience in strategy consulting and/or strategy experience in high growth startup environment
- Analytical mindset, able to derive actionable insights and persuade with data
- Exceptional people and communication skills to build strong relationships with people on all levels of the organization
- Great problem-solving skills and creativity to identify and evaluate opportunities
