Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Representative to join our team at Craghoppers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience, tailored to individual needs and preferences
  • Maximize sales within your concession area, working closely with the store team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Process deliveries, replenish stock, and maintain a visually appealing concession area
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them to make informed purchasing decisions

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting salary of £11.00 per hour
