Role Overview

This senior relationship manager - commercial lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining key supplier relationships within High Speed Two (HS2). The role requires a strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and ability to drive business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of key supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with HS2's commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage a team of up to 7 resources, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Produce and present high-quality commercial proposals and presentations to internal stakeholders.
