Slate CRM Manager

The University of the Pacific is looking for a Slate CRM Manager to join our Enrollment Technology team. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
Job SummaryThis role will play a key part in executing communication strategy, working with Enrollment Marketing on project initiatives to enhance communication effectiveness and applicant engagement.
Responsibilities- Implement CRM Policy and Access Standards: Collaborate with Enrollment Technology to establish and implement policies for CRM access and utilization within the assigned department, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile year-end admissions data to evaluate recruitment strategies, events, and communications in Slate.
- Event and Program Support: Provide technical support for Slate, Liaison WebAdmit, and Banner SIS systems as needed for enrollment events and student programs, managing event registrations, communications, and post-event follow-ups.
