Job DescriptionThis role involves leading sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth and meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive loyalty and growth
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results-oriented performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of success
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools
The estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
