Responsibilities
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate client needs and create customized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with families and caregivers to address behavioral concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in regular case reviews.
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and contribute to discharge planning.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of ABA principles and practices. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure required.
  • 1+ years of post-graduate experience providing ABA services under supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

We offer a competitive salary of $50/hourly.
