Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess medical need for services and develop comprehensive Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
  • Consult with families and caregivers on behavior presentation, skill acquisition, and progress.
  • Monitor progress weekly, supervise Behavioral Health Technicians as needed, and develop robust discharge plans.
  • Maintain case notes and attend regularly scheduled case reviews.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure required.
  • 1+ years of post-graduate experience providing ABA services under supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
