We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Band 7 Clinical Lead in the Fylde Adult Community Mental Health Teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of mental health care in Lancashire and South Cumbria.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision, risk assessment, and mental health policy, with a proven ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a range of other benefits.
