About the Role


At Crooton, we're seeking a dedicated Senior Care Specialist to join our care home team. As a Night Care Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents. You'll supervise a team of Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to create a warm and welcoming environment.


Your Responsibilities



  • Supervise and support a team of Care Assistants during night shifts
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver person-centred care and support
  • Assist with medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Contribute to creating a vibrant and respectful environment for our residents

About You


To be successful in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You'll also require knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and a warm, compassionate approach to care.
