Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care services to clients in their own homes. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering personal care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
**Job Summary:**
- Provide personalized care and support to clients with various needs, including personal care, medication management, and practical tasks such as shopping and housework.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and tailoring care plans accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- 1-2 years of experience in care work or a related field (no social care experience necessary)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
**Benefits:**
- Estimated salary: £26,500 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
