Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team at Lancashire Care Foundation Trust. As an integral part of our Fylde Coast Memory Assessment Service, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical teams.

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate waiting lists, responding to patient queries, and performing data inputting tasks. You will also be required to produce letters using our Trust IT systems and participate in team meetings.
