Nursing Home Operations Lead

Lakelands Lodge, part of Athena Healthcare Group, is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day running of our adult residential services. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager to provide effective leadership and supervision to the team.

\

You will be responsible for ensuring that all staff have the skills and competences required to provide high-quality care to our residents, while also maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

\

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring professional to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

\

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone with:

  • \
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills\
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care\
  • Possession of nursing qualifications or experience in a nursing background\
\
Qualifications and Experience\

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • \
  • Nurse qualified or with a nursing background\
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in an adult residential setting\
  • Knowledge and understanding of current legal responsibilities/standards for the service\
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards in health and social care\
  • Experience in CQC inspections\
