As a Part Time Mental Health Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our Adult Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) to provide high-quality care to service users.

With a salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, this exciting opportunity offers a dynamic and forward-thinking leader the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. Based at Fylde & Wyre CMHT, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that patients receive the right care at the right time.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, with a strong background in mental health practice. They will have excellent clinical professional skills, including evidence of extensive professional clinical experience and knowledge of management development through continuous professional development.
