About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A relevant qualification in mental health or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• Proven experience working in a community mental health setting, preferably with individuals with complex needs

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and community rehabilitation principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
