Job Description:

We're seeking a Production Process Development Manager to join our Manufacturing Engineering team at McLaren. As a key member of the team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business plan by developing and creating processes and standardization around how we build each model.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the development of processes and complexities involved in building new models – taking them from initial concept designs through prototype stages into series production. You'll have plenty of variety, interfacing with concept design and engineering teams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for building new models.
  • Collaborate with concept design and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record of process development and implementation.
