Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Lead to join our team at Tech Mahindra. The successful candidate will lead the development of complex automotive systems, leveraging expertise in software development, system integration, and project management.

As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate automotive systems.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of AUTOSAR standards and best practices.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Evaluating and mitigating technical risks to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in automotive software development and system integration.
  • Expertise in AUTOSAR standards, CAN, LIN, and UDS protocols.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
